The anonymous comment starts out debunking the messenger and concludes by insulting anyone with a different opinion because the global warming/climate change crowd doesn’t want debate and wishes to hide any opposing view, even when science is on their side, no matter who presents it.

One would have to ask, "Is Al Gore qualified to present a case that global warming/climate change is fact?"

What qualifies Al Gore and his fiction?

In fact, we shouldn’t say "global warming" too loud for now it’s "climate change", something that has been going on during the whole history of Mother Earth.

Read "Liberty and Tyranny" by Mark Levin. Not once but twice or linger through it and study it.

Mr. Levin tells a compelling story of non-fiction concerning the founding, the Constitution and other historical to current events and changes that effect our freedom and individualism.

Why I mention this is your interpretation of the 2nd amendment and generalization about militia’s and settled law concerning that mischaracterization.

You would probably find the book very useful no matter your politics if you keep an open mind. This book broke all Amazon records and is sitting on top of the NY Times bestsellers list for a reason.

We always need good doctors so study hard and follow through, but read that book. :)

If you had any real knowledge of Ms. Sotomayor you would know about her 2001 racist comment:

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion [as a judge] than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

I responded to you thinking you couldn’t have missed this news.

This author deals in reality and facts. Ms. Sotomayor can’t wash away her comments or the many overturned rulings where she demonstrated a lack of the law and disregard for the US Constitution.

She is an admitted activist judge and there is no room for activists on any bench. Read the law, use the law and let the law be the judge. As I said, she has even said the 2nd amendment is unconstitutional. How could that be?

Sotomayor is a racist. Tell me who at SCOTUS can be identified as a racist?

She has been overturned 5 times by SCOTUS and that may increase. She has said the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution is "Unconstitutional."

Sotomayer is not a legal scholar and displays either ignorance of the US Constitution or would prefer to burn it.

If it’s OK with you I will keep vetting the nominee(s), which is done in a Democracy.

Further, Hussein is Obama’s middle name, which he used at his "cornonation". I will do the same, if that troubles you then move on!
