Yes, things have changed in France. However, this striking number of homeless people in France isn’t only caused by the nation’s economical instability but also by personal depression or fatality. In other words, there are numerous factors that can explain why people end up on the streets.
The majority of homeless people in France are either ill or alcoholics that lost the track of life. Some of them have a horrifying background that led them to depression and somehow got them out of roof. And part of my article is to make it clear that they need some help to get back on track - but from who?
It is definitely one of the most insane political projects any campaigners has made so far. My question to Clinton is the following: where are you planning on grtting the money? After all, America has a gfowing debt and budget cuts are necessary. And, if a democrat wins the elections, then I am sure that candidate will set universal health coverage... it will mpst likely cost billions of dollars to Congress. Having said that, America will simply not be able to afford a 5, 000 dollars gift to every single news babies in the USA. Is America turning left?
As a matter of fact, when the 35 hours law appeared, there was a big confusion. And, after a while, many were satsified with working 35 hours a week, but some were fully deterred when they saw that their income was lower than before. In my opinion, having to work 35 hours per week is unacceptable. Let’s come back to at least 40 hours a week.
