Phil Windley

A nationally recognized expert in using information technology (IT) to add value to business. He regularly consults with businesses on this topic and is particularly interested in the areas of interoperability, web services, XML, and digital identity. Dr. Windley is a frequent author and speaker on these topics and writes a blog at www.windley.com. His web-site contains numerous white papers in these areas and others. Dr. Windley is the author of an upcoming book from O’Reilly on Digital Identity.
