Mexicalifornia 2020 : independance is ineluctable

The SCO, the Shangai Cooperation Organisation, has replaced NATO that disappeared in 2014 after the Caucasus war during which the two main armies (America and Turkey) have fought with no real winner. A Chinese-Russian coalition under the SCO mandate has had the hostilities ceased.

America is isolated, together with Canada, Western Europe and Australia, among the ruins of NATO that took the name of WSO (Western States Organisation).

So is the bipolar world in 2020, dominated by China with its 4 billions inhabitants and that disposes of military bases on the whole Eurasian continent, from Shangai to Budapest.

From 2010 until 2020 the world economic crisis has weakened America. The latter has exhausted itself through many conflicts (Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Caucasus....). The two mandates of Mc Cain (2008-2016) have been the last.

At its death in 2014 during the Caucasus war, America has stopped to be a democracy and became a ‘’Military Theocracy’’ under the control of Pentagon and of the Imperial evangelist Centre.

America has become a ruined theocracy. Only California is nearly independent, rich and concentrates the economical, political, military and cultural organs allowing her to control the other ‘’federated states’’, poorer and in permanent revolt.

In this fight for the ‘’Outland’’, the Chinese, who want to weaken America (the last pole of resistance to SCO), are highly interested in California. If they could cut it from the rest of America, it would be the end of the Uncle Sam and the WSO. Their expansion towards the West would not meet any serious competitor anymore.

The ‘’sea-power’’ supported by the Anglo Saxon rhetoricians during the 20th century before the big wars, would be theirs.

California is for America, what Kosovo was for Serbia in 2008, a heart, a more economical than spiritual heart but a heart, that is to say something vital.

The technical and moral impossibility of a direct conflict with America makes Chinese strategist have an idea: to provoke an independents guerrilla in South America, in order to justify a military intervention of the WSO.

With the economic crisis, California has remained the Eldorado of dozens of millions of Hispanics but also of Centro-Americans. The South East American border is out of control. In less than five years, the Mexican population of California, Arizona and New Mexico has doubled. In 2022, California has got a population of 90 millions inhabitants and is a gigantic conurbation. It produces on its own 45% of the American GDP. Hispanics are 75% of its population.

This is a time bomb that the Chinese hurry to set up. They discretely finance and train politically, culturally and militarily, Mexican independents groups. These groups quickly generate a terrorist agitation and a real independent movement takes shape, called the Army of liberation of Mexicalifornia (ALM). Between 2020 and 2025 this army will cumulate two distinct though related types of actions: train (grace of the Chinese) a big number of political soldiers and make them come into California. The army also finances itself through drugs traffic and women traffic, mainly Mexican prostitutes. The gap in California is effectively, of five men for one woman in 2020.

The state of California realises pretty fast what happens on its territory. The regional state branch of the Congress launches a vast cleaning operation aimed at getting rid of this new mafia. Many conflicts occur. Influent Chinese lobbyists will explain that the Roots American chase, hunt and kill thousands of Mexican clandestine, in order to reverse the demographic balance. Pictures will circulate via their media, never ending, and the whole international community will be terribly upset and shocked. Huge manifestations will take place in all countries against American fascism and against the on going pogrom against the Mexican Minority.

One will hear everywhere that California was Mexican since always and that this is only since 1847 that the Americans have stolen this land to their owners. One will ‘’re-learn’’ that the roots of the Mexicans date from the Olmeques, 1300 years before Christ, that is to say about the same period of time where in Europe, Illyrians installed settled down in the present Albania.

In 2026, California was under massive problems and the Mexi-Hispanic community elects its own political party. A Mexican newspaper will ask for the independence of Mexicalifornia. The President of the hexagon Federation (Ex France), Necmettin Toparu (a gagaouze named by 19 religious cults of the Hexagon) will say:

‘‘‘‘Independance of Mexicalifornia is ineluctable!’’ Mexicans and roots Americans cannot live together anymore, this is it and this is all. California does not exist anymore, just like Soviet Union!’’

It was the same week that China intervened militarily in California, beginning of the Automn 2026. It will be a short military, supposedly humanitarian and targeted campaign according to the SCO. Bombings were supposed to last only three days according to the SCO leaders. They lasted in fact 78 days.

This was the end of America. California was occupied by a Sino Indian peace troop of SCO. Roots Americans and many minorities had to give their territory up and migrate to the North, at the border with Oregon, victims of pogroms of a dreadful intensity and violence. At the beginning of the year 2027, America had lived. Against the will power of the main majority of roots American but also of the non Mexican minorities.

Beginning of 2028 the first elections took place. Many strange facts occurred. Nevertheless, they consecrated the first AML charismatic leader, who became prosecutor of the region.

When the first population census happened, in January 2029, the non Mexicans were only 12% of the population.

They were stuck in the North of a territory whose only tolerated language was Spanish.

In 2030, the public opinion discovered that the Prosecutor was involved in a gigantic traffic of organs in direction of Central America, but the inquiry was quickly closed by the Global Justice Chinese Court.
