Kazakh TV station reported that three kyrgyz secret service agents arranged meeting with Pavlyuk at the hotel from where victim was taken to the nearby apartment complex which ultimately became a crime scene.KTK source confirms a fact that the same agents were inside the apartment prior to journalist’s death.Pavlyuk,bound with a duct tape, was thrown off a sixth floor and later spotted by locals.
Confidential official from Kazakh state service also informed KTK that Kyrgyz counterparts were "passive in helping kazakh investigators".
